     Farm fresh pork raised all natural,no garbage feeding. 
     The pork co-op works the same as the beef program, except hogs are sold as a half or whole only because they are a much smaller size.
     The prime weight for a hog is 300# to produce the best quality and flavor of meat at time of butchering.  This will yield about 160lb  hanging weight.  Just like the beef all pork will be cut, double wrapped, marked and frozen for you to pick up.
     On a pork order, depending on availability at the time of butchering, you may have the option of having some cuts maple smoked such as bacon or hams.
     The following is a list of cuts in a pork order:
                Sausage (link or ground), bacon, pork chops, hams, ribs, pork roasts including boston butts and ham steaks.

         Our hogs are a high grade domestic pig, such as Hampshires, Yorkshires and Durocks.  They are not Florida wild hogs that have been captured and quarantined.
